The Wire
The media, and lots of our friends, are abuzz this week about the kickoff of the fifth and final season of The Wire.
We got into the show finally last year and gulped down Seasons 1-4 in about 60 days. Some days we watched 3 episodes in a row. Set in downtown Baltimore the show digs deep into social issues often under the microscope in urban environments. We've seen episodes 1 and 2 of Season 5 and it is shaping up to be a great season.
